La crisis del costo de vida golpea a los británicos pobres
Cuatro de cada 5 familias pobres en el Reino Unido tienen que elegir entre pagar la calefacción y la electricidad o comprar comida para sus hijos, según indica un sondeo reciente de la organización benéfica Buttle UK. La investigación de la organización benéfica también reveló que en el 50% de las familias pobres tienen que dormir en el suelo porque no pueden permitirse camas. "Mis hijos duermen en el suelo; tengo 2 adolescentes, uno que acaba de remitir de leucemia y aún no se encuentra bien. Mi otro hijo tiene los pies mal y dolor de espalda
